On-site engraving as a form of Influencer Marketing - Clarins Media Event

I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with the Clarins PR team on a nationwide media launch for their new Multi-Active skincare line. I absolutely love this line because it combines ingredients like Organic Sea Holly Extract and Niacinamide which helps the skin improve texture and restore radiance!The event was hosted at the stunning Loft at Earls Vancouver, where 130 influencers gathered to celebrate the launch.

To make the event truly unforgettable, we offered an on-site gifting experience where we were tasked with engraving on the Clarins Hydrating Lip Oils which would be personalized according to each guest's wishes. I brought a second engraving artist with me so we could work faster and give each guest more 1:1 pampering!

When we arrived, we were blown away by how cute everything was. There were many fun stations in addition to our engraving station, such as a bracelet making station, a hand massage station, and a photobooth. As guests started to arrive, a line started forming at our station. We were able to efficiently direct traffic to avoid creating a bottle neck. Guests were so excited to be able to request what they wanted engraved and see their gifts come to life right in front of their eyes! It was a wonderful night and we also got gifted with some Clarins products to try. A couple months after the event, I bumped into a guest from that event. And as we were chatting, she told me her friends were still talking about their personalized gifts! Hearing how they loved their personalized gifts was truly so rewarding. The feedback highlights the lasting impact of personalized experiences.
